Lowell Point Bridge In Seward Saved!

Four inches of rain in 24 hours threatened to wash out the Lowell Point Bridge south of Seward.  They eventually brought in a much larger excavator and with the rains diminishing they were able to save the bridge.  Video by: Shannon Canody-Fink
