I don't think I've ever mentioned this, but I've owned and occupied a duplex in south anchorage since about 2006. And to my knowledge, it hasn't been repainted for quite some time. Surprisingly the paint on the sides and the back of my place still look great, but as you can see in the photos, the front of it that gets most of the sun is in need of a serious paint job!!
