See How Lainey Wilson Is Embracing Her Signature Bell Bottom Fashion

Lainey Wilson is paying tribute to her signature country flare with National Bell Bottoms Day approaching on Saturday (April 5).

The reigning Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year kicked off the weekend with the release of her bar anthem, “Bell Bottoms Up.” Wilson teamed up with her band to write the energetic anthem, and recorded it at historic Abbey Road Studio in London, notes a press release issued Friday morning (April 4).

“‘Cause I’m a homegrown, roll your own, light it up life of the party/ Yeah I’m a last call, wrecking ball, I’m tellin’ y’all I’m just gettin’ started/ I’m fillin’ up these jeans like I do my cup/ Throwback, throw down, bell bottoms up”

“Bell Bottoms Up” takes on the same name as Wilson’s bar that she opened last year in Nashville, Tennessee. The venue offers “a fun 70’s western feel to it and a Cajun-inspired menu for all my Louisiana folks,” nodding to the singer-songwriter’s hometown of Baskin. Wilson is one of several country artists to open a venue in downtown Nashville, along with Luke Combs, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley and others.

Wilson, one of the most-nominated artists at the milestone 60th ACM Awards, kicked off her global “Whirlwind Tour” earlier this year. The run of shows include ERNESTMuscadine BloodlineKaitlin ButtsMaddox BatsonDrake MilliganLauren Watkins and Zach Meadows on select dates. Wilson titled the 2025 trek after her latest studio record, which she described as “the Western sister of Bell Bottom Country. Since that album, I have gotten to experience so many new things and meet folks from different walks of life. Because of that, I’ve become a better songwriter, and I have more understanding. I feel like I’ve truly stepped into what it is that I’m called to be doing. Ironically, I found my path within all the craziness—and that’s the whirlwind.” See the list of upcoming tour dates below.
